Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we’ll be happy to assist according to our policy:

Returns & Cancellations

  • You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
  • A refund will be issued minus 5% of the transaction amount (or ₪100 – whichever is lower).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If you purchased an item on sale, the refund will be based on the actual purchase price.
  • Order cancellations made via credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.
  • To initiate a return, please send a written request with your order details to ivgyroei@gmail.com.

Exchanges – Found Something Else You Love?

  • You may exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is in new condition, in its original packaging, and unaltered.
  • Each item may be exchanged only once.
  • Custom-made jewelry (including stone changes, engravings, or special sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty – We’re Here for You

  • All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • One free ring resizing is available within the warranty period.
  • For diamonds or gemstones up to 0.05 carats, we provide a one-year warranty against stone loss.
  • Broken chains are not covered under warranty.
  • You are welcome to bring your jewelry in for professional cleaning once a year (by appointment).
  • The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by daily use.

In-Store Purchase Cancellations

  • Purchased directly from our store? You can receive a full refund within 48 hours for purchases up to ₪3,000.
  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will apply.
  • For jewelry with diamonds or gemstones, an inspection will be required before approving the refund.
  • For purchases over ₪3,000, we can offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
