What chain lengths are available?

Standard lengths (no additional cost):

  • 42 cm (16.5")
  • 45 cm (17.7")

Standard lengths with an additional cost:

  • 50 cm (19.7")
  • 55 cm (21.6")

Is there a difference in chain length between silver and gold?

No, the chain lengths are the same for both silver and gold.

Can I request a different chain length? Will there be an extra charge?

It depends on the request.

  • Shortening the chain length is free of charge.
  • Extending the chain length may incur an additional cost, depending on the extra length required and the material of the chain, as it is calculated based on the added material's weight.

If I change the chain length and don't like it, can I return it?

No. Any customized or modified jewelry, including chain length adjustments, cannot be returned.

Can the material of the jewelry be changed?

Yes. Any piece can be made in silver or gold, and it is also possible to create mixed-metal designs combining both materials.

Can the gemstone or diamond in the jewelry be replaced?

Yes. The cost of the replacement depends on the price of the new stone.

Can the jewelry be engraved?

It depends. In general, yes, engraving is possible. However, it depends on the design of the piece—if there is no available space for engraving, it may not be possible.

Which font options are available for engraving?

There are two options:

  1. Handwritten by Roei Evgi – no additional cost.
  2. Laser engraving – priced per character.

Can the ring size be adjusted?

Rings are available in sizes 49 to 63. If you need a different size, feel free to contact us.

Does resizing a ring cost extra?

It depends. Downsizing a ring is free of charge. Upsizing may incur a cost, depending on the material and the additional weight required.

Can I choose yellow, white, or rose gold?

Yes, you can choose your preferred gold color for any gold jewelry piece.
