  • As part of using the site's services, users are required to provide personal details, including name, address, phone number, and email. These details are stored in the company's customer database and used for internal purposes and future communication with customers. Additional details, such as credit card information, are required for payment purposes only and are not stored by the company.

  • While using the site, data may be collected regarding the user’s interaction, including products of interest, pages viewed, and purchased items.

  • The collected information will not be shared with third parties.

The online commerce platform provider is Shopify.

1.1. Thank you for choosing to visit the website www.roeivgy.com (hereinafter: "the site"), which serves as a catalog and online store for jewelry.

1.2. The site is owned by Roey Avgy, ID 052689346 (hereinafter: "the company").

1.3. These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between site users and the company.

1.4. Please read these terms carefully, as they determine your rights and obligations.

1.5. By browsing the site and purchasing products, you agree to and accept, without any conditions or reservations, the provisions of these terms, including the site's privacy policy. You also agree that you or anyone on your behalf will not have any claims against the company and/or its representatives, except for claims related to a breach of obligations under these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from using the site or purchasing products.

1.6. The site and the company reserve the right to modify these terms at their sole discretion without prior notice. The user will not have any claims against the site or the company due to such changes. The revised terms will become effective upon their publication on the site, and any actions performed thereafter will be subject to the updated terms.

1.7. The site, along with all its content, is provided to the public and users "as is." The company strives to ensure that the content is accurate; however, errors or omissions, whether technical or otherwise, may occur.

1.8. These terms apply equally to all genders, and the use of masculine language is for convenience only.

1.9. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any other publication, these terms shall prevail.

Purchase Terms

2.1. Purchases on the site are permitted only to individuals who have an active email address, a valid ID, and a valid credit card.

2.2. The company and/or site administrators reserve the right to prevent any user from participating in purchases at any time, temporarily or permanently, at their sole discretion and without prior notice. The company may prevent participation in cases such as:

  • Providing false information intentionally.
  • Any actions or omissions that harm or may harm the company, the site administrators, other users, or suppliers.
  • If the user's credit card has been blocked or restricted.
  • Misuse of the site's content.

2.3. Product images are for illustration purposes only. There may be differences between the images and the actual products, including color variations.

2.4. The company reserves the right to remove products from the site or change sales conditions at any time without prior notice.

2.5. A purchase is considered complete only after the order is fully processed in the system and the credit card company approves the transaction. Orders that were not fully processed or contained incomplete or incorrect details will not be considered, and the company bears no responsibility for such cases.

2.6. Each product listing includes product details and its price in Israeli Shekels, including VAT. To complete a purchase, payment details must be entered on the secure checkout page. If you prefer not to enter payment details online, you may place an order by phone at 050-7434051.

Note: Providing false details is a criminal offense, and violators may face legal action.

A transaction is finalized only after receiving confirmation from the credit card company. This confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If the transaction is not approved, the customer will receive a notification and must contact Roey Avgy (050-7434051) to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved within five business days, the company has the right to cancel the order, and the customer will have no claims against the company.

Shipping will be arranged only after the transaction is approved by the credit card company.

2.7. If the credit card company does not approve the transaction or refuses payment, the purchase will be canceled.

Shipping

3.1. Customers may collect purchased items in person from the gallery in Rosh Pina Old City, "Restoration Site," by prior arrangement.

3.2. Orders are shipped within 14 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-made jewelry may have different delivery times.

3.3. All products are shipped free of charge within Israel and internationally.

3.4. The studio is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure, strikes, sanctions, or technical failures of the courier company.

3.5. International shipping – Any customs duties or import taxes in the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by the company or its shippers.

Privacy

4.1. Payments on the site are processed via PayPal or an external credit card processor using encrypted security measures.

4.2. The company takes standard security measures to protect customer data and privacy, using the highest security standards available. However, in cases beyond the company’s control, such as force majeure, the company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by data loss or unauthorized use of the information.

4.3. The company guarantees that personal details provided during the ordering process will not be shared with third parties.

Cancellation and Return Policy

5.1. Order cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

5.2. The customer may cancel a transaction within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet been shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to roeivgy@gmail.com or by phone at 050-7434051.

5.3. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and in accordance with the policies of the relevant credit card company or payment service provider.

5.4. In cases where the product has already been shipped, the customer may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in perfect condition, without any damage or signs of wear.

5.5. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

5.6. Refunds for returned items will be issued only after the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.

5.7. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.

5.8. If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify the company within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the issue, by email at roeivgy@gmail.com. The company will assess the case and determine whether to issue a replacement or refund.

5.9. The company reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Warranty

6.1. All jewelry is handmade with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. However, natural wear and tear over time is normal and not covered under warranty.

6.2. The company offers a six-month warranty on jewelry, covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or exposure to harsh substances.
  • Scratches, dents, or color changes due to normal wear.
  • Loss or theft of the jewelry.

6.3. If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, the company will repair or replace the item free of charge. The final decision on the matter will be at the company’s discretion.

6.4. Customers must provide proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim.
