Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we’ll be happy to assist you according to our policy:
Returns & Cancellations
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they have not been used, are in their original packaging, and include the invoice.
- A refund will be issued with a 5% deduction from the total transaction amount (or ₪100, whichever is lower).
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- If you purchased an item on sale, the refund will be based on the actual purchase price.
- For credit card transactions, cancellations will include a 3% processing fee.

Exchanges – Found Something Else You Love?
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, as long as they are in new condition, in their original packaging, and have not been altered.
- Each item can be exchanged only once.
- Custom-made jewelry (e.g., stone changes, engravings, or special sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty – We’re Here for You
- All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- One free ring resizing is available during the warranty period.
- In case of a diamond or gemstone (up to 0.05 ct) falling out, we provide a one-year warranty.
- You can bring your jewelry for a professional cleaning once a year (by appointment).
- The warranty does not cover natural wear, scratches, broken chains, or damage caused by daily use. Chains are delicate and require gentle handling; breakage is not covered under warranty.
In-Store Purchase Cancellations
- If you purchased directly from our store, you can receive a full refund within 48 hours for purchases up to ₪3,000.
- Cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
- For jewelry with diamonds or gemstones, an inspection will be conducted before approval of the refund.
- For purchases over ₪3,000, we offer exchanges or store credit instead of a refund.
