All personal information provided by the customer (such as name, email, etc.) will be stored in the company’s databases.
The company will not share the customer’s personal details with any third party, except with suppliers when necessary to complete a transaction.
The company will only use the customer’s payment details for processing the requested transaction. These details will not be shared with any third party except for this purpose. For clarity, payment details are not stored in the company’s databases.
Notwithstanding the above, the company reserves the right to share the customer’s personal information with third parties in the following cases:
- If the customer engages in actions that harm or may harm the company and/or any third parties.
- If the customer uses the company’s services for illegal activities.
- If the company receives a court order requiring it to disclose customer details.
- In the event of legal disputes or proceedings.
The company may use customer information, without identifying specific individuals, for statistical analysis and may share such data with third parties.
Since transactions are conducted in an online environment, the company cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or data breaches. If a third party unlawfully gains access to company-stored information, the customer will have no claim or demand against the company.
The company may use cookies to enhance user experience, streamline services, and eliminate the need for customers to re-enter personal information upon each visit.
In cases beyond the company’s control, including force majeure events, the company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from data loss or unauthorized use of customer information.
